Please Read and MUST complete all the details using instructions provided under type of service you are requesting.
Please make sure (signature, photographs, etc.) are the specifications.
Bring all the completed applications and supported documents on the day of service to the service location.
Customers must bring the complete application, including printed form, supporting documents, proof of online payment and appointment confirmation email to the camp.

VFS will review and pre-approve OCI, visa, and passport applications and will carry completed applications to NY for final processing.
