Indian cuisine encompasses a wide variety of regional cuisines native to India. Given the range of diversity in culture and traditions, these cuisines vary significantly from each other. This event provides the opportunity to explore and taste many of the traditional Indian dishes. You can expect to find favorites like samosas, biryani, dosas, kebabs, and various sweets.
There are more than 60 non-food vendors. You will find Indian handicrafts, and other creative expressions that reflect the diverse artistic traditions of India. Local vendors and businesses will have stalls selling Indian clothing, jewelry, accessories, home decor items, other products and services.

Music lovers & singers - pay special attention to this year’s Indian Day!
For the first time, AIACPA is bringing Antakshari live on stage. All are welcome to sing along with the contenders, as music fills the air.
Flash mobs can be a great way to create a spontaneous and joyful experience for everyone involved. Come & join in to groove with our energetic performers!
