AIACPA Governance Team
AIACPA Management Team drives the organization's governance model from strategy to operational support. The Management Team comprises of Board Members and Advisory Council.
The Board is responsible for the day to day operations of AIACPA. The Board Members serve a term of 3 years, and nominate an Executive team every year. The Advisory Council is comprised of selected past presidents that are responsible for providing guidance and valuable input on strategic decisions.

Nomination Criteria for Board Members
AIACPA member for at least 6 months prior to AGM meeting and commitment to be member for the next 3 years (i.e. as long as tenure of 3 years of the selected Board members by this Committee).
Promote diversity among Indian and/or local communities
Proven performance of serving our community as well as other local communities
Team player, honest, and dedicated to AIACPA causes of promoting harmony among our community as well as other local communities
Participate any which way to support most if not all functions and initiatives of AIACPA
Be able and willing to actively participate in monthly board meetings and other EC meetings as and when needed
Capable and be able bring resources for AIACPA to serve our community
The nomination committee comprised of the Chairperson, Standing President and 3 other members from the Board and/or Advisory Council have the final right in deciding new board members
